Sales Manager (m/f/d, full time)

You are responsible for managing and developing relationships with our Industrial & Construction customer portfolio, primarily in the Benelux region and neighbouring areas.

Your contribution to our success

  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with various departments within the European organization

Your profile

  • HBO level of working & thinking.
  • Professional level of Dutch and English.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B environments, preferably in Chemicals/Plastics industry
  • Strong understanding of solution selling
  • High self-drive & motivation in combination with a structured work approach
  • Committed, reliable, empathic
  • Stakeholder-Management-Skills (key accounts, small to mid-sized companies)
  • Intercultural competencies
  • Long-term focus
  • Team player
  • Willing to travel approximately 50% of your time

Your home-base will be our Sales Office in Culemborg. You report to the Commercial Manager North-West. As part of a matrix organization, you will also work directly with our Business Unit Team located at our Headquarters in Switzerland.
